Pay the rental fee, a flat ₹100 delivery charge and a refundable security deposit. The deposit is held securely and returned after inspection.
Before dispatch, a short recorded video call confirms the exact piece and its condition — for both sides' protection.
Your jewellery arrives verified and ready. Enjoy your event, shoot or celebration.
Ship it back by the return date. A second video check confirms condition matches handover.
Once the return video is verified, your deposit is refunded immediately, minus any agreed damage charges.
Every listing carries a refundable security deposit, set by the owner relative to the piece's retail value. It's charged alongside the rent at checkout and held separately — it is never part of the owner's payout. Once the piece is returned and passes its post-return video check, the deposit is refunded immediately to your original payment method. If a piece is returned damaged or late, an agreed amount is deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded, and you're notified with photo/video evidence either way.
Before any piece ships, a short recorded video call connects you, the owner, and a Rentzora representative. The exact piece is shown on camera against your order details — so there's no ambiguity about what was sent or its condition. The same check happens in reverse when the piece is returned, creating a clear record for both sides if a deposit dispute ever needs to be resolved.
Rentzora charges a flat 16% fee on the rental amount of every completed order — deducted from the owner's payout, not added on top of what renters pay. It covers payment processing, video verification, courier coordination and customer support. The fee never applies to the security deposit itself.
Renters hand pieces back by the agreed return date through our tracked courier pickup. Once the owner confirms receipt and the return video check clears, the owner's payout — rent minus the 16% platform fee — is released to their account, typically within 2–3 business days.
